Any account bans, legal actions, or penalties imposed on you by third-party websites as a result of using our automation tools.
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past six (6) months for the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lokin AI™ LLC and its licensees and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

You and Lokin AI™ LLC agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor the Company will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, representative action, or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity.
